BUOYANCY COMPENSATORS
Buoyancy compensators also referred to as BC's allow you to adjust your buoyancy while diving. Most BC's are worn like jackets with the scuba tank strapped on the back. One of the nice features of these units is they can be easily slipped on and off easily. The BC can be filled with air from the scuba tank or orally. BC come in many different design and features. Some are compact and great for travel others are designed for technical diving and can support the weight of double tanks. Be sure to pick a BC that fits not only your body but also the type of diving planed.

Dive Rite Buoyancy Compensators (Wings)

OMS BCs
FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE: OMS® uses 1000 denier Cordura backed with 5.0 oz of Urethane to prevent abrasion and punctures on all BC’s. Most competitors lose the First Line of Defense on their BC’s by using little urethane or no urethane backing. This leaves their product vulnerable to punctures. Housed inside our Cordura cover is a virgin urethane bladder (2 bladders on the dual bladder BC). 1. 		In designing our BCs, DUI engineers have paid close attention to the details with two instrument retractors for your gauges and lights and bent “D” rings for easy attachment. They have also designed accessory pockets that the diver can actually see into.
