The artist Teddy Tucker, is one of the most accomplished and celebrated divers in the western world. He is famous not only for his legendary treasure hunting, and for being the father of modern u/w archeology but for his encyclopedia type knowledge of Bermuda Shipwrecks. Teddy was the real life inspiration for Peter Benchelys best selling novel and multi-million dollar motion picture “The Deep”. Mr Tucker showed Benchley the wreck of the Constellation. The Constellation had carried thousands of drug amplues along with her general cargo. There is also a second wreck on the site. Benchley used both of these oddities to enhance his novel and acclaimed film. Benchley based Robert Shaw’s character Romer Treece, on the world famous Bermudian treasure hunter, TeddyTucker 18"x24". se autographed charts are very limited.
